I started building model cars when I was a kid and have continued on and off all of my 74 years. I’ve built literally hundreds of kits and still dabble in it. My eyes and fingers don’t work as well as they used to, so I started collecting quality die-cast model cars, buying and selling on eBay.

An ambitious project. Giant 1/8 scale C3 Corvette kits molded in orange. I found and purchased 3 old kits on eBay and even found some 1/8 scale Goodyear slicks, and made decals for the 3 cars. I was making some headway when I decided to move to Florida, and this project was never finished.
